The history of RS Barcelona is the story of a dream, of a passion transformed into a way of life.
In 1975, it all started in a small sheet metal workshop. Rafael Rodrguez Castillo, an experienced mold maker, decided to start his own company. His workshop grew into an industrial building just outside Barcelona, and his two sons joined the company. The machines cut, folded, and bent metal at breakneck speed, and the work quickly became monotonous. Working for others provided food on the table, but it did not satisfy the business's creative hunger, the creative hunger that allows big dreams to begin to come true.
It was time for the company to channel all of its experience into creating a one-of-a-kind product of its own: the RS2 football table, a highly personal reinterpretation of a classic item of Spanish culture and entertainment. The football table moved from the garage to the living room thanks to the iconic design of the RS2.

In 2006, RS Barcelona came into contact with Vinçon, Barcelona's leading interior design store, and the RS2 earned a prominent position in the store window. However, happy coincidences can be sought out and cultivated, and this chance encounter provided the company with the impetus it needed to strive for more. More fantasies. There are more products. More advancement. That's where it all started, with a football table. However, it was more than just a product. It wasn't merely a game. It was a declaration of purpose, the essence of intense living. A way of looking at life, of living it to the fullest and making the most of every moment. Because those experiences and the people we share them with shape us. These are the memories that will last a lifetime.
